LifeForce Yoga® uses traditional yogic practices to work with difficult moods and emotions. In this series we will explore asana, pranayama, chanting mantras, visualization, and meditation, with the intention of clearing inner obstructions that keep us stuck in negative moods. You will experience these practices within a compassionate environment that diminishes your sense of separation, which is the literal source of depression, and enhances your experience of what is most authentic within you and your connection to others. Appropriate for all levels.
