This class offers gentle and slow movement to awaken the body, quiet the mind and balance the mood. The integration of restorative postures promotes rest and allows time for self-awareness. The general theme of self-compassion, serves as a path to begin to unravel from habitual and unhelpful thought patterns. Bringing curiosity to our experiences on the mat, as opposed to judgement, allows for a deeper understanding that can help us find more ease and peace off the mat. Class is donation based ($5-15) and is appropriate for levels of experience.
